About the Author
Corinne Baur is certified as a running coach by Road Runners Club of America and as a personal trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She is passionate about God and physical fitness-and helps people achieve their physical and spiritual goals through training. She has successfully created faith-based running programs in local churches and has followers nationwide. She lives in Colorado with her husband and children, where she energetically trains for several races each year, from 5Ks to ultra-marathons.
