Dave Waldrop, of Webster, and Michael Revere of Cullowhee will be at the store on Friday, August 6th at 7:00 p.m. to celebrate the publication of their new book, entitled Appalachian Roots.  The first half of the book is entitled “Love, Family, and Forgiveness” and is a memoir of Dave Waldrop’s growing-up years in Dillsboro and  Sylva. The  second half of the book is entitled “:Soul Harvest” and is combrised of stories, memoir, and poetry by Michael Revere. Each author will read selections from the book and take questions from the audience.
