Michael Rivers, of Whittier, will be at the store on Saturday, July 31st at 7:00 p.m. to read from and autograph his new book, Ghosts of the North Carolina Shores. Take a spooky journey through the shore towns of North Carolina, and find ordinary people who have met ghosts. From the Chowan River to the beaches of the Outer Banks, the spirits of the North Carolina coast never rest. Rivers has collected stories of the paranormal for more than 30 years and is lead investigator for the Smoky Mountain Paranormal Society.
