City Lights will host a Haywood County history celebration on Saturday, July 17th at 7:00 p.m. to mark the publicaton of two important new books about the county. Curtis Wood is editor of Haywood County: A Bicentennial History, and Michael Beadle is editor of a pictorial history of the county, entitled Haywood County (which is part of the same series as  Lynn Hotaling and Nick Breedlove's Sylva and Jackson County.)  Both Wood and Beadle will be on hand to discuss their books and take questions from the audience.
