We welcome Ron Rash back to the store on Thursday, March 18th at 7:00 p.m. to read from his brand new collection of short stores, entitled Burning Bright. The book comes out just a week before the reading, but we’re accepting pre-orders now. If you haven’t yet heard Ron read, don’t miss the opportunity--he’s one of the best!

Wayne Caldwell returns to City Lights on Saturday, March 27th at 7:00 p.m. to read from his new novel, the sequel to his acclaimed Cataloochee, entitled Requiem by Fire. In the new novel, attorney Oliver Babcock, Jr., has been given the difficult task of presenting the locals with two options: sell their land to the federal government for the creation of a national park or remain behind at their own financial peril.
