About the Author
William Swarts received his B. A. in English Literature at Brown University and a J. D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. Afterwards, he practiced law in New York City and Paris, France.He studied with David Ignatow at the 92nd Street YM-YWHA Poetry Center in New York City.He lives in western North Carolina.
